BET Awards 2026: Big Wins and Inspiring Moments
The BET Awards 2026 celebrated top artists and honored Teyana Taylor with a special award.
The BET Awards 2026 took place on Sunday evening at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Comedian Druski hosted the ceremony. Many famous stars arrived, including Janet Jackson, Teyana Taylor, Keke Palmer, and Jamie Foxx.
Early winners included Kehlani and Leon Thomas. Kehlani won Best Female R&B/Pop Artist, and Leon Thomas won Best Male R&B/Pop Artist. Other big winners were Cardi B and Teyana Taylor.
Janet Jackson presented Teyana Taylor with the Icon of the Year Award. Taylor was very emotional and surprised that Jackson gave her the award. In her speech, she said that greatness is measured by how many people stand beside you. The audience loved her inspiring words.
